Samsung Galaxy Tab Tablet Computer Price and Features

Samsung Galaxy Tab Tablet Computer Price and Features: The Galaxy Tab is an upcoming tablet computer manufactured by Samsung that will run Android operating system. It is a little bit smaller than the iPad since it only has a 7-inch TFT-LCD touchscreen that is capable of 1024×600 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab is powered by a 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 (“Hummingbird”) processor and 512 MB of RAM, and it is loaded with 16GB or 32GB internal flash storage that is expandable through microSD card. I think one of its best features is its two cameras: a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls or chat, a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. In terms of connectivity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, 3G via HSPA and HSUPA networks, and GPS chip. Its 4000 mAh battery will give around 7 hours of video playback or 10 hours of talk time, which in my opinion is not quite impressive. Based on initial reviews from various tech publications and blogs, the Samsung Galaxy Tab is widely touted as a potential iPad-killer. However, a lot of people have been disappointed about its expected price tag.

-And lastly, how do I connect with the internet with it? Plug and play modems, I believe, are out of the picture because of the lack of USB ports? Is the sim slot for a regular mobile sim or for special sims inside plug-and-play modems, like globe Tattoo sims for internet connectivity?
